Commitment-This Institution is affiliated to Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University,Raipur aState University. This College is recognized under 2F of the UGC act. The mainaim of the College is to provide higher education to the most deprived and backward class of the region this institutionoffers UG course which are recognized by its parent University.
Statutory Declaration on RTI Act-Section 4(1)(B) of Right to Information act-2005 covers the StatutoryDeclaration of Govind Sarang Government Law College, Bhatapara it covers allthe rules regulations which are implemented by Govt of Chhattisgarh being GovtCollege cells or committees of the institution are under statutory bodies andare under the preview of section 4(1)(B) of RTI act 2005. All information aboutthe college under Section 4(1)(B) of Right to Information act-2005 are open forthe public and can be obtained by the citizen of India.
